Gold Standard of Care Successfully Completes Its Seniors Housing Fire Safety Implementation Project I City of West Palm Beach

Gold Standard of Care is pleased to announce the long-awaited completion of the fire safety implementation thanks to the support and procuring of funds from the City of West Palm Beach.

Further enhancing the outstanding safety features for seniors living in the beautiful historic building located in downtown West Palm Beach, the fire safety implementation features a brand new, enclosed emergency stairwell for a fast and easy exit in the case of any emergency.

Gold Standard of Care acquired the mid-rise building in November 2011 and made several key additions and enhancements to the property. Substantial renovations to the common areas and individual units were completed in order to add value to the resident’s lifestyles and the community at large. With the area undergoing rapid gentrification, the property better lends itself as originally built, a hotel.

Newly Renovated Colonial Assisted Living Pleased to Announce 5-Star Rating From Mayor Steven Grant

Colonial Assisted Living, an assisted living facility for seniors in Boynton Beach, recently hosted Mayor Steven Grant and Vice Mayor Christina Romelus at their newly renovated living community in Boynton Beach.

Mayor Grant was pleased to see how well the 90-bed affordable seniors living community was being run and made a point to congratulate the staff at Colonial Assisted Living at Boynton Beach.
